Delivery
- All our orders are generally shipped within 24 working hours of receiving the order. Incase the item from the order isn’t available in that case we will try an arrange the item within 48 hours or else the customer will be informed of the unavailability of the item and will be refunded the amount back to his or her account.
- Free delivery is applicable on all orders above Rs. 999
- For orders below Rs. 999 a flat rate of Rs. 100 will be applied as shipping charges.
- We ship your order via courier service and the tracking id is provided to you once the order is dispatched. You can also track your order at Track My Order.
Returns
- In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is different from what was ordered
- No return will be initiated if the above mentioned conditioned are not fulfilled.
- In case the customer has mentioned a wrong address while placing an order and the order is sent back to origin as the address mentioned isn incorrect, then shipping charges paid for that order will be deducted from the customers order value and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the customer.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. Refer to instructions to return items against each category. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned against each category.
- In some cases, items may not be eligible for return, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
- The Request for Returning the item of the order should be initiated within 48 Hours of receiving the order by directly contacting the store.
- Order once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
